MOLINE, IL - Quad City Storm athletic trainer Chloe Hinojosa has been named the SPHL Athletic Trainer of the Year for the 2025-2026 season, as voted on by her peers across the league. The honor marks the first of Chloe’s career and represents a historic milestone, becoming the first member of the organization to be named Athletic Trainer of the Year in team history.
A native of Kewanee, IL, Chloe graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with a focus in strength and conditioning and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training. While at Eastern Michigan, Chloe was a member of the university’s rowing team, earning First Team All-CAA honors during the 2021–22 season.
Chloe began her career with the Quad City Storm as a professional intern during the latter part of the 2023–24 season before being named the team’s Athletic Trainer ahead of the 2024-2025 season. Chloe has just completed her second full season with the organization.
