Cole Golka named Warrior/SPHL Player of the Week

MOLINE, IL. – The SPHL named Quad City Storm forward Cole Golka the Warrior Hockey Player of the Week for October 21-October 27.
Golka started the weekend road trip to Knoxville Friday with a +4 effort, recording 3 points (2g, 1a) that helped propel the Storm to a 5-0 win. Golka continued his hot start by matching his Friday night output on Saturday with another 3 point outing (2g, 1a), which included the overtime game winning goal to complete the road sweep of the Knoxville Ice Bears.
The Ardrossan, Alberta native shows no signs of slowing down this year, coming off a '23-'24 SPHL campaign that proved to be his best season as a pro (32g, 21a, +15).
