Hockey Fights Cancer Paint the Ice Event is Scheduled for Monday, February 9th

MOLINE, IL. – In partnership with UnityPoint Health-Trinity, the Quad City Storm will host its 7th annual Hockey Fights Cancer Ice Painting Monday, February 9th from 9AM-7PM at Vibrant Arena at the Mark.

The Quad City community is invited to join us at Vibrant Arena to paint the names of friends and loved ones who have previously battled or are currently battling cancer on the ice. These names will remain on the ice for the Storm’s Hockey Fights Cancer game on February 13th. This is a free event and all materials (including paint and brushes) will be provided by the Storm.

This season’s Hockey Fights Cancer Night will feature special jerseys that show our support for those who have been affected by cancer, which will be auctioned after the game to raise money for the Trinity Cancer Center.
