The wait is over. Storm hockey returns to the TaxSlayer Center tomorrow night at 7:10 PM as the Storm battle the Evansville Thunderbolts. Tickets are still available HERE.
The following are notable TaxSlayer Center policies that will be in effect for all Storm home games unless announced otherwise:
MASK MANDATE: As of August 30, 2021, per the State of Illinois mandate, face masks are required for all patrons at all indoor events unless actively eating or drinking at their assigned seats.
BAG POLICY: Bags will no longer be permitted in the arena with the exception of a 1” x 5” x 7” clutch purse or a small diaper bag if entering with an infant. If you are required to carry a bag for medical purposes it will be permitted into the arena.
WALK-THRU METAL DETECTORS: Fans will be required to enter through a walk-thru magnetometer (similar to the type used in airports).
CASHLESS CONCESSIONS: The TaxSlayer Center will have cashless transactions to encourage contactless payment for food and beverage purchases. Fans who are holding cash and do not have credit or debit cards can purchase Visa gift cards . Visa gift cards can be used outside of the arena if not used in its entirety in the arena.
MOBILE ORDERING: Mobile ordering will be available on our new Mobile Express platform. Fans can scan a QR Code, submit their order and payment info then will receive an alert on their mobile device when the order is ready for pick-up. This will reduce congestion and lines on the concourse and allow for faster transactions.
All policies and procedures are subject to change. We are excited to welcome fans back to the TaxSlayer Center.
